Dr. Daphnie Swift has obtained multiple degrees over the years, which include bachelors, masters, and multiple doctoral degrees She is a TN Supreme Court Rule 31 Mediator. Dr. Swift is a serial entrepreneur, and her businesses have received multiple business certifications and training certifications. Dr. Swift has sat on multiple panels at various conferences, been a keynote speaker at college graduations, business summits, and business conferences. Dr. Swift is a college professor who teaches various business courses, as well as a consultant and contract specialist for various government entities and community development centers. Dr. Swift was awarded the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award from President Joe Biden and the Lifetime Volunteer Service Award. Dr. Swift has been awarded Proclamations from the Board of Commissioners from Shelby County Government in Memphis, TN and City of Houston in Houston, TX. Dr. Swift is a member of various Board of Directors and Board of Regents. She has dedicated her research and training mission to " Increasing the Visibility of Small Minority Businesses in the Government Sector.
